I had the wonderful opportunity to go to Montana and spend three weeks with my Daughter and her first born son. and Johnny My wonderful son in law. The towns in Montana are quaint and while I was there in November it was the same temperature as it was in New Mexico. I did get to see a couple flakes of snow drift down on the very day we chose to go take family pictures down by the lake.

This is Beckett Lewis Nuanes. He is one of the most beautiful babies I have ever seen. I am not biased. He sports a feaux hawk. Which I might add looks just like his mommy's hair did when she was born. The thing is times have changed, because when she was a baby it was not cool to have hair that sticks straight up. But Beckett looks cool. I fell so deeply in love with this little man. I spent mornings cuddled up with him in my bed, and we spent as much time as we could snuggling. It was fantastic.

What a beautiful family. This is the day we went to the lake. The park is so lovely. I remember going to this park last year, and having a picnic with the church family from Montana. It was warm, and inviting to spend time with these wonderful people who came out to celebrate as part of their family being baptized. However, this was not a warm and inviting place in November. Tori and Johnny make it look quite comfortable, but it was cold, very cold. I thought it was so beautiful with the crisp air, and the snow on the mountains behind them, but all good things must come to an end.

I love these trees. They tower above everything, sturdy and strong. I could have spent the whole day walking in this park, along the beach. I can't wait to go back. Mostly I can't wait to go back and see my children, and my grandson. I miss having the access to visit with them whenever I want. To spend the day in our pj's watching chick flicks, and eating things we really shouldn't. I miss them, but I do understand the grand adventure our Lord has them on. And I might add I am so proud of them. What a blessing they are to me.
