Play date with my favorite people

It is so much fun to take a break and go have some fun with the family.

I don't usually like to have m picture taken, but How could I resist having my picture done with these beautiful children. I Had so much fun keeping up with the kids. But even more fun, was striking a pose with my wonderful husband.

A day in the life

Shane has played baseball since he was 4. This year he was talked into football by his Uncle Ford Timms. he loved playing so much, I think we will have many more years of football, even if mom was a bit worried about all the bruises. Here is a question though. How is it that a boy can brag on all the terrible bruises after a practice with the boys, but when their brother or sister touch them they are in tears?

Martha

I have the best sister in law, Martha is one of those rare people everyone would love to know. She has never said a bad thing about anyone. Martha always seems to know when to call, I think she has a direct line God's special they need help line. She just seems to know. She and my Brother have raised some beautiful children, and are always there for the people around them. Martha, cans, bakes, gardens, babysits, teaches, paints, she is a very gifted writher, and photographer, the list goes on and on. I am so glad she married my brother. All this being said, Martha lost her dad recently. He was a very special man. He took my brother in as a teenager, and has loved him as his own every sense. He and his wife raised Godly beautiful woman, and they loved him very much. My heart breaks for them as they deal with their loss. However, Martha knows where her daddy is. He set an example of our Fathers love, and peace. I am very gifted to watch how God gives peace to those He loves as they work through trials. Thank you Martha for always being an example of our Lords Love, and always sharing time with everyone around you. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!!
